Mike O'Neill was born in Liverpool were he studied Art & Design and Display & Exhibition Design at Art College. For many years he worked as a Display Artist for several Department Stores & Companies, including almost 20 years with Chanel Perfumes & Cosmetics, before he became a self employed Artist & Designer. During this time he also designed a number of multi media events including 'Faint Frontiers' for Windows Art Centre in Bath and collaborated with Ben Williams to compose the music for 'Flee' a dance work by Edwin Lung, premiered at The Place, Charing Cross, London in 1996. Other electronic music he composed under the name of Myth Gestalt Musik, now catalogued in the Encyclopedia of Electronic Music. Music Technology Magazine called his work ' Dark, Haunting & Majestic'.
